Squirt D Team Wins
Division Championship
The Comets Squirt D team won its division
championship! First time travel players and coaches
led the team to a 7 to 1 win over Belmont. The team
overall record of 19-4-3 speaks to the dedication of
these players and their coaches. The team scored
167 goals in 26 games and will play in a C-level NES
tournament in April. Goaltender Jack Dwyer finished
the season with a strong 16-3-2, with a 3.24 GAA,
and two shutouts. The season team scoring leader
was Andrew Carr with 46 goals and 17 assists.
Jack Coughlin, who netted 38 goals in the season,
scored eleven seconds into the championship game.
Patrick Porter scored a hat trick in the win over
Belmont.
