Thank you from Comets Coach Matt Johnson.

To the families of the Natick COMETS,

I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for your donations and dedication to the cause for my One Mission Buzzoff for pediatric cancer care and research for a second consecutive year. It means the absolute world to me to get the kids involved in service and philanthropy, as well as meet my goal once again. Everything goes to a cause that most of the kids can relate to, and is very close to my heart.

I was lucky enough to grow up happy, supported, and healthy, but I know there are tons of families out there that deal with cancer, including at the pediatric level. I again appreciate all of your support, and hope to teach your kids a good lesson giving back when you have the time, space, money, or hair to do so.

Let’s all continue to fight cancer and the other diseases that trouble our society. Make sure your kids stay involved in service, and always find a way to give back! People say money makes the world go round, but it’s looking out for others that keeps the world turning.

Much love, and welcome back to hockey season! GO COMETS!
