Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Girls Travel Hockey
If a player drops before October 30th of the current season they are refunded 50% of the tuition for the year. If a player drops after October 30th, no refund is due. If a player registers after the season starts they are placed on the lowest team if there is room and the coach agrees. A $150 late fee is applied. Tuition is prorated monthly—the amount is calculated by dividing the cost of full registration by 7 months in the season (Sept-March) If a registered player sustains a significant injury prior to the first team practice which prohibits participation for the entire season, a refund will be given. A doctor’s letter must accompany all medical refund requests. The letter must detail how and where the injury occurred, the date of the injury and how long the player is expected to be out. Board review and approval is required. No refunds will be given for any other injury sustained during the season, hockey related or not.
