Board Meetings
Most meeting will take place on the 3rd Monday of each month, with a few exceptions (as noted).
All meetings start at 7:00PM. Meeting location is at William Chase Arena, varsity locker room unless otherwise noted. During high school hockey season the board meetings are held at the police station community room.
*According to our Bylaws (page 44) : the Annual Meeting must take place on the 3rd Tuesday of May
