Natick Days | Call for Donations & Volunteers

Natick Days is coming on September 19th from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM in downtown Natick!

Natick Days is an annual festival celebrating our community - It’s a Natick tradition that highlights the work of the service organizations and volunteers that make the Town of Natick such a great place to live, work, and play.

Attended by several thousand people each year, the event is held at the Natick Common, in the heart of the Natick Center Cultural District. The festivities include food, fun, and entertainment -- past events have featured mini golf, bounce houses, bungee challenges, pony rides, DPW touch-a-truck, raffles, and more!

How is the Natick Comets Involved?

As a Natick based non-profit youth sports organization, Natick Days is a perfect way for us to be out in our community, along side our amazing Girls and Boys Varsity Natick Redhawk teams, and do our part to make hockey equipment accessible to everyone for FREE!

Don't forget to swing by our booth at Natick Days to see what we have for gently used equipment, learn more about our programs, and pick up some cool Natick Comets swag!

Call for Donations!

It's time to go through that gear you have stored away or maybe that your player just outgrew! The Comets are looking for your GENTLY used hockey equipment to give back to the our own Comets Community as well as the greater Natick community.

We are happy to accept skates, hockey pads, hockey sticks, hockey bags, and hockey pants especially for those youngest and newest players. Will will take hockey socks and jerseys as long as they are in clean, wearable condition. We cannot accept helmets or undergarments. Please ensure all equipment is in usable condition.

Drop off in the designated bins in the lobby of Chase Arena from now until September 7.

After September 7, we will need to begin the sorting and packing process.  To donate after that date, reach out to keith.dukat@natickcomets.com

Call for Volunteers

Natick Days is one of the best-attended events the Town of Natick hosts, and because it’s such a family-friendly event, it’s a great opportunity to showcase the Natick Comets and introduce more families to our program.

We’re looking for volunteers to help us pack, move, and set up equipment, work the tables and make sure everyone who stops by the booth is welcomed and helped, and—most importantly—make sure every kid who picks up a stick and shoots a puck feels like a real hockey player!

This is also a great opportunity for parent/child volunteers to work together and represent the Comets in our community. Sign up for whatever time works best with your schedule. Every bit of help makes a difference, and we’d love to see you there!
