Meteors

Meteors is a development program for boys and girls ages 5-10 tears old that focuses on the fundamental hockey skills essential to participate in recreational league play or travel programs.

Solid State Hockey will run skills development sessions with an emphasis on skating, stick handling, shooting and small game play on Saturdays. On Sundays, players will be divided into four teams and showcase their skills in cross-ice games designed to promote teamwork, creativity, and enjoyment for the game.

The program is designed to provide a supportive environment where players can build confidence, improve their fundamentals, and prepare for the next step in their hockey journey—all while having fun on the ice.
