Photo Day(s) is coming in October!

It's almost that time of year...PICTURE DAY!  Commemorate your players season with photos with their team (all should participate) and individual photos (optional for families). 

You can find the Natick Comets Picture Day Schedule here - this will also be added to Crossbar. 

What your player needs for picture day:

Players needs to be dressed in their BLACK uniforms and be wearing socks, shoes or similar footwear prior to their photo time. 

**Check-In** Once your player is dressed, please check in at the TerraLuce Studio table, located at the entrance to the Boys Varsity Locker Room. (location subject to change)

**On-Site Process** You'll be handed a printout with your child's information, and their first photo will be of them holding that form.

**Buddy and Sibling Photos** These photos can be taken during the scheduled portrait sessions or created in post-production upon special request. If you have multiple children in the league, you're welcome to bring them together to be photographed in the same time slot for your convenience. Please speak to the staff upon check-in if you have any questions.

**Payment Info** This is NOT a pre-pay system. Since you're receiving this message, you're already pre-registered. You'll be able to view the photos online before deciding whether or not you'd like to make a purchase. Additional email recipients can be added by following the instructions on the form you receive at check-in.

**Photo Viewing** Once the viewing galleries are live, you'll receive a notification letting you know the photos are now ready to view (the estimated “go live” date for the photos is 11/21/2025).

**Purchasing** Photos are chosen and purchased through the online viewing gallery. See a sample of the pricing guide here: PRICING GUIDE

**Coupon** There will be an automatic coupon applied to your order for the first three days of the gallery. 10% off orders over $20, 15% off orders over $50 and 20% off order over $100 (the estimated last day of the coupon is 11/23/2025).

**Delivery** Direct shipping is available and shipping costs will vary based on the type or amount of product ordered. A free shipping option to the establishment will be available for the first two weeks of the online viewing gallery (the estimated last day for free shipping will be 12/7/25). These photos will be delivered in one bulk package to the league and distributed to the coaches and parents from there.

Please arrive at your scheduled time, with your child dressed and ready for photos. They should be in their black uniforms and be wearing socks, shoes or similar footwear. We do ask that your player shows up and participates in the photo so they can be included in their team's photo. There is no fee associated with this. If you are unable to make your players scheduled photo time you can come at any other scheduled time slot and we will be able to fit you in.
