Get Ready for Picture Day
For the 26/27 season we are excited to work with Kelly Wentworth Photography.
The photo days for your players have been added to Crossbar but you will need to confirm your players photo spot with a $25 AdvancePay credit by scanning the QR code or clicking here. This credit will be saved and automatically applied to your order once the photos are available.
Like many of the vendors we've used in the past, Kelly Wentworth Photography offers packages as well as al la carte items including the favorites like a high resolution digital ($25), packages with the works (Face Off Package $65), or just some of those coveted trading cards (pack of 8 for $20) - there is something for everyone! You can view the current price list here and with the AdvancePay credit system, you do not have to commit prior to your player being photographed for an individual photo.
FAQ's
Q: What should my player wear for picture day?
A: Full game uniform with WHITE jersey. No helmet needed for photos.
Q: Why do we have to secure our spot with a $25 AdvancePay credit?
A: Instead of requiring parents to preorder photos, an advance-pay credit system gives parents the flexibility to commit to what they want to order after seeing what the photos look like.
Q: What happens if my player doesn't have an AdvancePay credit on file on their photo day?
A: Your player will be included in the team photo but they will not have an individual photo taken. Your player can come to any of the scheduled time slots for an individual photo after the AdvancePay credit has been completed.
Q: I have a player in Learn to Play, Meteors, Girls Hockey Development, or Development League and we don't have a scheduled photo time, can my player still get a photo taken?
A: We do not offer team photos for these in house programs but your player is welcome to attend any of the scheduled photo sessions to get an individual photo taken.
Q: How much are the packages and al la carte items?

Q: Can we get a photo of sibling players and/or player and parent coach?
A: Yes, each person being photographed needs to have an AdvancePay order placed and make sure the siblings or parent / players are lined up together and you let the photographer know when it's your turn.
Q: Are team photos done in real time or are they composite (an image created by combining individual photos)?
A: The team photo is an actual team photo, not a composite. If your player misses the scheduled team time, they will NOT be included in the team photo.
Q: What if we can't make our teams scheduled photo session?
A: Your player can come to any of the scheduled time slots for their individual photo as long as they have a completed AdvancePay credit. Schedule team sessions are specifically for the team photo and individual photos, if your player does not attend their teams time slot they will not be included in the team photo. Team photos are done during the scheduled time and are not done by composite (an image created by combining individual photos).
Q: Are there any discounts when ordering for multiple players (siblings) in the program?
A: The company used for print products, PhotoDay, does not have a sibling specific discount code available. There are some discount incentives that will be offered to everyone. Advance Pay credits can be used toward any of the products and there are so many great choices.
Q: What happens if I don't like the photos of my player and I don't opt to order any?
A: Nothing happens, instead of committing to an expensive photo package of photos you aren't interested in you can walk away and not order anything. The AdvancePay credit stays active in your account until used.
Q: How do I receive my order?
A: Photo orders will be shipped direct to the shipping address provided during the ordering process. The Natick Comets will not receive or distribute your photos.
