Coaches League

"We are only as strong as our coaches"

The Comets are a volunteer organization that understands the value our coaches add, as well as the time and effort sacrifices they make when they help our players develop.

We offer several resources to coaches as well as some perks:

• Weekly roundtable zooms with the Hockey Think Tank on Tuesdays at 1 PM where coaches from all over North America discuss different topics each week
• A FREE WInter "Coaches League" where we let our coaches play non-checking hockey alongside our Midget and HS players.
• FREE Comet coaching apparel
• and more!

The coaches league is a recreational, non-contact league that takes place from Dec - March on Tuesday and Wednesdays at 8:40PM.

Participation is open to any USA Hockey registered coach as well as any USA Hockey registered HS player.

We will balance the teams at the rink each week into light/dark jerseys, and enjoy weekly scrimmages and good times.

This is also a league where:

• Coaches (of any hockey ability) are welcome to come play
• Our HS players can participate and learn hockey IQ from more seasoned players
• All participants can bond over high-quality hockey, camaraderie, and a shared love of the sport.

USA Hockey number.

Minimum age: 9th grade and older.
